Meet the Dail Family
Founders of Willow’s Wish Foundation
Nestled on 40 acres of rolling Carolina farmland, the Dail family—Mark, Erika, Willow, and Tripp—have cultivated more than just a dream home. They’ve built a life rooted in purpose, resilience, and love. Their journey to grow a family began in 2018 and has blossomed into something far greater than they ever imagined.
Mark, a proud U.S. Army veteran who served five years and completed two deployments to Afghanistan with the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team, now brings his dedication and work ethic to the construction world as a seasoned general contractor. A graduate of American Military University, he spends his days building spaces that serve families—just like his own. Mark also currently serves as the CEO of Willow’s Wish Foundation, leading the organization with passion and a deep personal commitment to its mission.
Erika is a real estate and mortgage professional with 17 years of experience, most of which she dedicated to Movement Mortgage. An East Carolina University alumna, she’s a trusted advocate for homeownership and financial freedom. Erika also serves as a board member of Willow’s Wish Foundation, helping to guide the mission that means so much to their family. But her most important titles are mom, advocate, and visionary.
Their daughter Willow, now four years old, is the heart behind Willow’s Wish Foundation. Born with a rare genetic condition, Willow inspired her parents to see the world differently—to identify gaps in accessibility and advocate for dignity, inclusion, and meaningful change for all individuals with disabilities. Little brother Tripp, just 16 months old, rounds out the Dail crew with joy and adventure, keeping the family grounded and grateful.
Together, the Dails are not just growing a family—they’re growing a farm, businesses, and a mission-driven nonprofit that’s changing lives. Willow’s Wish Foundation is their proudest accomplishment, born from love, shaped by challenges, and driven by the desire to make the world more inclusive for families like theirs.
Their story is unique. Their mission is personal. And their hearts are fully in it.
